PRIVATE PARTY INFO

Thanks for thinking of Baby Grand for your next gathering. In consideration of our beloved regulars and the overall vibe of the bar, we limit private parties to Sundays only. We suggest coming to the bar prior to booking to understand what makes us different. In the meantime, we hope the following will answer some common questions.

LOGISTICS:

We hold 25 people, usually manage to squeeze in more on weekends but feel it's kind of optimized around 20. Parties usually have some turn over and some no-shows, so if your invite list is more than 25, you'll probably be OK.

We have a $500 minimum (karaoke + bartender tips excluded) - if at least 20-25 people come and order around 2-3 drinks each, you should be just fine. Otherwise, we'll hold a credit card and charge the difference if your group doesn't quite make it.

For private parties offer a flat rate of $100 for you to provide the private karaoke experience to your guests for the evening. 

Food is OK, however we do have a no-cupcake policy as cupcakes are somehow the single most messy thing on the planet. Please be mindful of the mess vs. small space factor for other food items.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $200 cancellation charge will be applied to your credit card for any cancellation/no show without at least 72 hours notification prior to the reserved party.
